Residence
The Martino
Residence lies in the heart of the National Park of Cilento,
in the region of Campania, near the coastline between the
Amalfi Coast and the cape of Palinuro.Our residence is
situated in the middle of a coastal plain, not far from the
beaches of Casal Velino Marina and the important
archaeological site of Elea- Velia.
The facility is
newly built and consists of 6 apartments, 4 of them with an
out-door kitchenette, situated on two floors. Every apartment
has its own entrance, terrace, 4 comfortable beds (1 double and
2 single ones), all with an orthopaedic mattress and bed base,
refrigerator, air-conditioning (warm and cold) and colour TV
with teletext and remote control. The Residence has restaurant
and pizzeria.
A large green area with a
private parking place surrounds the building. In addition
there are 2 barbecue areas for our guests’ use and a large
out-door and in-door relax lounge. The residence also boasts
of a beautiful private swimming pool with deckchairs,
parasols and tables at our guests’ full disposal.
Martino Residence has a
direct road access and is entirely encircled by a green farmland
that produces typical local wine and other fruit and vegetables.
